Harley Davidson Battery Not Holding Charge

Basically this does not allow the regulator to send voltage to the battery any higher than 146 volts.

A Harley Davidson can experience electrical problems at any time but there can be a wait for a service appointment at some repair shops. The headlight begins to dim and continues to fade away. If you jumped the battery to get the bike running and then drove that far Id say that the charging system is probably working.

2006 is three phase Ive only done single but it should be similar except you need to know which pins to read between. What is a good battery for a Harley Davidson. What would cause the alternator to not charge the battery.

I ride a 2011 Heritage Softail Classic with about 19000 miles. Harley Charging System Failures. I have tested the stator and VR and havent found a problem.
