They have worked great thus far and are still technically working heating. Firstgear offers a couple options and I can personally recommend the TPG Glacier Gloves as awesome even when riding for 2 hours in 12weather with heated grips or not.

Of course the first thing I looked at was the groundingupon inspection and change out of the grommet end for the wirethe ground looked.
